Auto Repair Weston

My first time dealing with this place. I was towed here by AAA and was not aware of the diagnostic fee. THE gentleman here was very helpful and actually helped us with our issue. I appreciate the service and and respect given here.

This review is long overdue. I want to give a shout out to Lenny and Brandon. Lenny was very accommodating when I called to schedule a tire repair. There were no appointments until the next day, but I stopped by on my way home since they were on the way, in the off chance that there were any cancellations. There were none. But I ran into Brandon, who very kindly offered to put air in the tire so I could drive home safely until my appointment the next day. The following morning, the tire was already flat again, so I stopped by on my way into work to get it filled until the scheduled afternoon appointment, but got an even better deal. Brandon was there and remembered, and went above and beyond by taking my car in immediately. The customer service at Great Bear is consistently outstanding; they treat their customers like family, and their quality and pricing are hard to beat. Highly recommend!

Very professional, courteous and responsible! Quite respectful of the customer and excellent follow up and repair progress reporting including pictures! I feel quite confortable in sending my wife and children to the shop with their cars as I feel they will be treated not only respectfully but also that they will not be taken of by not being mechanically inclined. Furthermore, we have received their recommendation of other specialized repair shops that have also resulted in good experiences for us! Great Bear is the place!
