Always honest and reliable service even if an issue is beyond them. Not engineering or tech skills. I experienced several faults with my M3 they had this for 2 days and had performed several diagnostic tests. Lenny stated after this time Mike you need BMW we do not have the intricate BMW equipment needed without replacing several parts. Ok thanks Lenny for your honesty. How much do I owe for your technicians time! Lennies response, zero! Anyway I took the car to BMW and everything they recommended needed replacement did. As a back story it had been stored for 14 months. Just a great honest company. Will always use them as I did yesterday.

My car is over 10 years old and I was thinking about getting a new car when I heard that distinctive screech of a worn out brake pad. I was dreading having to take time off and probably argue with some sales guy about what repairs I really need but . . . Great Bear Automative provided a GREAT experience. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning. They drove me to my office so I did not have to miss any work. They were up front and did not try to push any additional repairs on me. They had the repair they said they would do for the price they quoted done just after lunch. I was very impressed and will definitely go back.

On Monday, I was on Alligator Alley, 40 miles from anywhere, when I got a flat. I called AAA – they referred me to Great Bear to have the tire repaired. When I got there, despite being busy, a technician appeared only moments later, plugged the tire, and mounted it on my car. When I went inside to settle up, I was told there would be no charge. Seriously? Who provides that kind of service these days? What I expected to be an hours-long wait turned into a 15-minute break. I can’t thank them enough – those guys are awesome!

Everyone was friendly and professional. The only complaint that I have is that I now have to wear my ski jacket when riding in my truck with the repaired A/C (just kidding). They were great and would recommend highly.
