We've been using Great Bear for years and years. Lenny and the entire team are always caring and extremely knowledgeable. They are also very trustworthy! For example, after being told by Rick Case Honda that my van needed new brakes, I brought the van to Lenny and his team simply dried the pads and I was able to get another year and 10k miles out of them before turning in the leased vehicle - thanks Lenny!

Was very happy with the customer service and mechanical service as well. Lenny made it clear what was needed and what might be needed, I felt all work was completed without unnecessary add-ons.
