Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Most people hate taking their car in for repairs but they do a great job and always try and save you money.

I can just say, I am driving my car like as a new one! Great job guys. And i have to say, they are really professional, expert & behavior like as friend. They fixed my car just in time & took a reasonable service charge. Wow, i am satisfied. Thanks a lot & i will use them again.

I literally hate going to deal with Auto stuff. Its just not my thing, not my world.These guys are alright. Jack is a nice dude, and they price you out fairly.Had my break pads replaces, costed exactly what I expected, They should have called me earlier to pick up the car, as I had to call back twice after leaving it there all day.Other then that, recommended.

As a woman, car problems scare me. I appreciate it when a car repair company not only explains the problem, but also explains the repair options. First time I can say I've had a great experience having my car worked on. For starters, the customer service was excellent. Justin, Celia and Jack were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything that was done to my car was first explained to me by one of the mechanics, in terms I could understand, regarding why it was necessary, how urgent it was to get done, or if it could wait for some other time. Having been burned before by other auto repair places, after getting a written estimate for the work I needed done, I did my due diligence and called several other places, all of which wanted to charge me several hundred dollars more for doing less. On top of that, the owner gave me a coupon, that I wasn't even aware I was entitled to, that saved me an additional $100. Additionally, since I was having several things done, he was willing to credit me back for the oil change and tire rotation I had already paid for when I initially brought my car in. The work was completed on time as had been estimated, and unlike other places I've had my car worked on, there was no laundry list of 'other stuff they found that needed fixing' while working on it, as I had fearfully expected. They were also happy to do me the favor of giving me a ride to/from the shop and my house. Overall, a wonderful and surprisingly pleasant experience. I will definitely be bringing my car back the next time it needs service and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that needs a quality auto repair shop.

The service I received from the outstanding staff at Great Bear Auto was wonderful. I treated very courteously. The job was completed in a timely manner. I will recommend this Automotive Shop to all my good friends. I had my fuel pump replaced. I have not had any trouble with it since. This is an HONEST auto!
